Position Overview
Nomix Group is seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Client Services Manager, Publisher Team in the United States to own the day-to-day success of our publisher partners. This role sits at the intersection of account management, customer success, and ad/monetization strategy. You’ll be responsible for supporting publisher growth, retention, and satisfaction alongside our sales team by delivering data-driven insights, operational excellence, and proactive support.
This is a relationship-driven, numbers-literate role: you’ll be the person publishers turn to when they want to optimize campaigns, grow revenue, launch with new advertisers, or troubleshoot a tracking issue. While we build out more of the Nomix Group team, tools & processes, the ideal candidate is comfortable with ambiguity and is excited about the opportunity to be a part of building that together.

Nice to Have
● Experience or knowledge of affiliate platforms & how they work (Impact, Commission Junction, Rakuten, etc.)
