Position Overview
Nomix Group is seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Client Services Manager, Advertiser Team in the United States to own the day-to-day success of our advertising partners. This role sits at the intersection of account management, customer success, and ad/monetization strategy. You’ll be responsible for supporting advertiser growth, retention, and satisfaction alongside our sales team by delivering data-driven insights, operational excellence, and proactive support.
This is a relationship-driven, numbers-literate role: you’ll be the person advertisers turn to when they want to launch & optimize campaigns, grow revenue, launch with new publishers, or troubleshoot a tracking issue. While we build out more of the Nomix Group team, tools & processes, the ideal candidate is comfortable with ambiguity and is excited about the opportunity to be a part of building that together.

What You’ll Do
Client Relationship Management
● Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of advertising partners
● Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations
● Lead regular business reviews, performance check-ins, and strategic planning sessions
● Execute campaigns end-to-end: leading client kick off calls, tracking implementation, working with publishers to execute, receiving client feedback & approval, timely campaign launch, and monitoring performance
Campaign Performance & Optimization
● Work with Sales team to develop and execute strategies to grow advertiser revenue, engagement, and long-term value
● Monitor and optimize campaign performance across key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates)
● Work with internal teams (Rev Ops, Ad Ops) to execute developed strategies
● Monitor advertiser performance daily to identify opportunities for optimization across advertisers alongside the publisher team
Performance & Insights
● Analyze performance data to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities
● Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
● Identify opportunities to scale campaigns and improve efficiency to drive renewals, upsells, and overall account growth
Operational Excellence
● Oversee campaign launches, pacing, and delivery to ensure seamless execution
● Ensure seamless campaign execution and troubleshoot issues proactively
● Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with Ad Ops, Product, and Engineering teams
● Ensure timelines, expectations, and deliverables are met
Product & Strategy Partnership
● Act as the voice of the advertiser internally, sharing feedback and influencing product roadmap alongside Head of Client Services
● Collaborate with Product teams to beta test new features and drive adoption
● Educate clients on new features, best practices, and industry trends
Qualifications
● 4–7+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or advertiser/partner management — either at a network, agency, advertiser, or publisher.
● Strong understanding of digital advertising (paid media, performance marketing, programmatic, social, etc.)
● Proven track record of driving client success and revenue growth
● Analytical mindset with experience using data & tools to interpret campaign performance metrics (Excel, BI tools, dashboards),
● Excellent communication and presentation skills in front of senior stakeholders
● Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments – juggling multiple active client relationships at once
Nice to Have
● Experience or knowledge of affiliate platforms & how they work (Impact, Commission Junction, Rakuten, etc.)
● Familiarity with attribution models, incrementality testing, and measurement frameworks
● Passion for AI driven technologies and social commerce
● A builder mindset in a startup or high-growth environment – enjoys “building the rocketship as we are flying it”
